What am I doing wrong if......?!


Question: If I diet for 3 weeks, lose fat under my chin and belly, but gain muscle in my legs and maybe arms, and weigh the same at the end?

If I just want to lose the fat and not put on muscle?

muscle weighs more than fat. so if you're losing fat, but gaining muscle mass, that's why you're the same weight.

I would probably just do sit ups, and jog a little.

nothing, that muscle will burn more fat
