Weight loss after pregnancy?!


Question: ok so i have started working out and a healthy eating habit but for my work out i have been doing weight lifting and we have a stationary bike so i have been useing it too but what i want to know is which one is better for losing the pregnancy weight and the extra couple of inches i have left from the pregnancy.

The bike, I used a stair master (cheaper version) and got great results. I also did a fun aerobics video with those band resistance things (this was all a while ago, but it worked). I lost the inches, along with portion control eating. When the weather is nicer, walking briskly every day will do wonders as well. I've done this years later as well.
