I don't think it will shock your body. Sounds like you maybe a little tired. I think you might want to kick a day out of there during the week. Saturday is a good rest day and outdoor soccer on Sunday will only take a good two hours so I guess you have a good resting weekend. Just take care of your body. If you are too sore one day, take the day off, your body will need to get used to this type of activity if you are just starting it. Just listen to your body. If you feel like it is to much, then tone it down a little. Keep a record of how you feel from the first day until the last day of the week. Do the same for week two. Sit down and evaluate each week throughout the month. If you start to see results, then great if not, then step it up for what your body will allow you to do. Make sure you drink lots of water, take a vitamin daily, eat proper (fruits/veggies/lean meat), and take time to relax. You body will thank you if you can take time to just let it recover after these vigorous exercises.

it sounds like a really good schedule to be doing and im sure you'll loose weight.
but when you exercise your muscles tear and everything, the only way for them to get bigger is to rest at least every other day which means that you would exercise everyother day to allow your muscles to repair them selves.
goood luck!

Wow you don't have to overwork yourself to lose weight since you are not extremely overweight.

Shocking your body is not a good thing, nor is overworking it. It's good that you're varying your exercises from day to day, but be careful not to overdo it. You're a perfect weight for your height, so you don't need to work too hard to maintain.

Wow that's alot of stuff your planning to do. However you need to let your body rest and recover. When you exercise you can cause microscopic damage to the muscles. This enables the muscle to adapt and develop. If you don't give yourself more time to rest then you could "shock" you body in a bad way. You may end up too exhausted. Take things slowly and remember that doing simple everyday tasks will help loads too. example...walking rather than taking bus, walking up stairs etc.

However if you are adamant to do this exercise regime then please try and keep you food intake at an appropriate level. Don't try and skip meals or eat less. Remember that by doing these exercise you appetite will increase so you should eat regularly and healthily.

All the best...
