It's caused by a poor diet and lack of exercise. I'm not saying you have a bad diet/don't exercise, but it's a big cause of that issue. Evaluate your diet for a week and see what you're eating, then change it accordingly. Put a brisk 20 minute walk in your routine 3 times a week. Walking works just about all of your muscles.

you just need to tone up. its not about weight loss its about muscle. do some pilates or yoga. do some weight training and focus on your core. do sit ups but make sure you do different kinds to work the different abdomen muscles. good luck.

Because McDonalds food is just too darn good to pass down!

im very skinny for my height, but im a competition cheerleader and i'm constanly using my abs. i dont have a flabby stomach, i have a six pack. and i got it veryy easily. if i were you i'd start doing situps.

Usually it's lack of muscle tone in the core.
Crunches, baby, crunches~!

Some people only have flabby guts because that's the only place they really have any fat cells. It's genetic. Sure you can exercise away the fat. You can also firm it up by doing crunches.
