Is 3 days a week of working out enough?!


Question: im 5'9" and 165 lbs. i used to weigh 150 but have been as low as 140. i would like to lose about 15-20 lbs without looking muscular. i recently joined a gym on a 3 day a week plan to start. i was thinking of doing about an hour at a time of eliptical and/or stationary bike. will this do it?

my first session will be with a trainer on sunday. after that im on my own. just looking for some tips...

Check out this website. It asks for your current weight, goal weight, height and age. It will tell you how many calories you need to eat burn everyday to reach your goal weight. It's really helpful! Good Luck to you!
