TRying To Loose weight family won't help?!


Question: ok so am trying to lose weight i am i lost about 15 pounds in 2-3 months am trying to aim for 189 am big but can run a lot 2-3 miles a day, but the thing i that every time am doing good my family keeps on bring junk food around the house, i tell them to stop but they won't listin i tell them to join me to lose it and they won't, so idk what to do its harder to lose when faimly won't help were not big but were above avg i run 4-5 times a day work out but still i want to do better but they keep on eating i sometimeseat what they bring not a lot just bite or some thing but i think its easier if its not their at all i don't buy it they do sowhat can i do to stop them?

congrats on your weight loss so far! i think you should sit down your family members who are bringing the junk food around and tell them to listen! tell them that this is very important to you and that you feel as though they're not taking your health seriously. tell them its not just about looking good but that you want to feel better all around and that its unfair that they are enabling you to mess up your diet. let them know that they dont have to join in on your weight loss but that they should at least respect and love you enough to help you versus disabling you. hope that this helped!

they don,t force you to eat the wrong foods ???you had better take into account yourself as it seems you have little commitment to it you do as you do and let them worry about there own crap eh

I understand you so well.
My husband can eat whatever he wants, including loads of junk food and he never gains a kilo...
But I have to watch a lot my alimentation and take care what I am eating and so on.
I go to the gym 5 times a week and do a lot of efforts to keep in shape.
I also get nervous when my family brings on junk food, chocolates and stuff like that.
But honestly, I pay less more intention to than before, I simply know that I should not eat it and now I even do not long for it anymore...
The best thing to do is ignore it, as you won
