I think I ate really good today, what do you think?!
Question: Breakfast -
one egg with tomatoe, onion and green pepper on a slice of whole grain bread.
snack-
an apple
lunch-
a salad with no ranch just vinegar and a subway sandwhich(only half not the whole foot long)
snack-
a banana
dinner-
chicken breast, brocolli and cauliflower some onion and tomatoes and 1/2 cup of white rice
I just did some squats and leg extensions and some sit ups today.
And I drank water the whole day*
I think Im doing pretty good, what do you think?

Good going! Yep, you did good. I hope the subway was whole grain bun. And you might want to only have 2 ro 3 bananas a week.
You might want to add a non-fat yogurt to get a milk serving in. Yoplait has some good flavors.

Make sure that you have no skin on the chicken and try to have Brown Basmati rice instead of white rice
