Blueberries, pomegranates, dark chocolate, (at least 65% cacao) red wine (in moderation...no more than one glass per day) are all excellent sources of antioxidants. Olive oil, flax seeds, fatty fish (like salmon) provide Omega-3 Fatty Acids (heart health). Whole grains, low-fat dairy, organic produce (kale, spinach, escarole, broccoli, collard greens all provide immune system support...as well as citrus fruits for fiber and vitimin c, berries, etc). Nuts, eggs (again, in moderation) lean proteins (like chicken)....the list is endless.
