I lost 8 lbs. In 4wks.really xcited so wanted to share :)?!


Question: after 4 wks I finally am near to my goal which was losing 15lbs..I am so proud to share the feelings Tht I have been consistent in my workout which was just 50 Min/day at home.and eating healthy :) for 4 wks wish me luck plz .. I need sum boost to get it going..have to loose 5 more.....lost 8 big ones :)

You are doing very well. Keep up the good work, and more importantly maintain a healthy life style to keep the Pounds off. That is the hard part.

I've also got a goal to loose 15lbs but i've only lost 5. lol

aah well done!!i too am dieting(a little less successfully than you tho') and i know how it feels to be chuffed when you lose a good amount.
perhaps extend your home workout to 60 mins a day as the extra boost you need.it could be just what's required to enhance your metabolism.keep u the good work tho. xx
