Any good tips on staying healthy??!


Question: ok im 13 and im putting on weight. any goot tips on staying healthy and skinny without those grouse diets??

You are smart to avoid diets at your age. Make sure you get sufficient excercise most days and eat plenty of fruit and veg, and high protein and fibre foods. Avoid overly processed foods and when eating foods try and make them from scratch. There are a lot of hidden salts, fats and sugars in processed foods.

Eat a balance diet. Not junk food. Eat smaller portions, but eat more often like 5 times a day instead of only 3. Eat healthy snacks. Get plenty of rest (8 hours). Get exercise even if it is only walking a mile or 2 every day. Get fresh air. Don't get stressed out. Don't do drugs. Don't drink ~ keep it to once a week and limit to 2 drinks.
