Losing weight while building muscle...?!

Question: Hey currently im working out 3-4 days a week, and taking a creatine supplement for it's work out purposes. I was wondering if
A) this is bad if im also trying to lose a few lbs of fat
B) is it ok to take another supplement such as stacker on top of it/any suggestions for anything else

I do the normal cardio workout to open each workout session, my diet is improved etc.

Depends upon the form of creatine..some older forms cause bloating and water retention. If you are looking to get stronger....stick with the creatine and stack with some NO2. I also like Glutamine for recovery and a solid protein (loads of BCAA's) once or twice a day.

Don't just live by the scale. Your weight might stay the same but your shape may transform and you'll look 100 times better and be healthier. Trading fat for muscle doesn't mean you'll lose weight.

yes, you can by cutting carbos, sugar and fats and adding to your diet lots of veggies, fruits and fluids. instead of meat, go for any variety of fish

Some exercise sites below about being lean:

Burn the fat feed the muscle seems to be the best fit.

Ps - if you use creatine you will look bloated and retain water, do not drink while taking it. After you stop, do crazy cardio and you should be ripped by spring assuming you do not blow your diet.

I like the stuff to get you past your max exercises like bench curls, legs, etc.
