i know u will hate me for sayign this, i Was in your situation.

try going to bed at 9'0 clock every night for 3 days, if your energy dosent improve then somethings wrong.

Aftter the 1st day of this do exactally what u do normally w/ more exersize(to make u sweat and out of breath) and at dinner, push away some of the food to a corner and dont eat it (like 1/4 of meal.) Always have breakfast and try not to buy lunch at school, its mostly bad for you.

2nd Day do the same thing, if you are sore take a break and work on another part of your body. (say your legs are tired, try doing push ups or sit ups.) Still dotn eat some of the food.

3rd day see how you feel. if this worked you should have more energy. You may not have lost weight but this is a start,

try doing this for a week and a half (try to go to bed at 10'o clock latest, if you start getting ready for bed at 10'o you will be in bed at about 10:30.

If you ahve any quetsions or liked my answer and need some help email me k?
benji1the1dog@yahoo.com (im just a 14 year old kid liek you)

Posting your hight, weight, and age helps by the way.
And, try not to eat about 7:30 or later, just skip it then, its bad to have dinner that late.

Hope i helped :/

Get a better sleep, eat breakfast(healthy) , no soda or candy, ask you parents to cook healthy stuff.

You are missing the key thing, confidence.

If you believe you are not going to do it, you never will achieve.

Eat more real foods like fruit and veges and nuts. Your eating too much sugar in the morning and burning out by the afternoon. See the school counsellor for help and real advice about sensible eating. also ask your parents to take you to the docotr as well.

Yes. Go see a therapist. Try to find someone that specializes in eating and exercise disorders. Get there soon----see an MD or Ph.D. level person. Anorexia, Bullemia, Runners anorexia , all of that is embedded in this. Overeaters anonymous is another place to check out. It's not only for people overweight but people having obsessive issues with weight and body image.

go to your Dr and ask him/her to run some tests. you could have allergies or a thyroid problem.

eat lots of proteins (meats) and little carbs(plants based foods)! and just go for a 30 minute walk...no big deal!

I know you say your tired when you get home but you just have to do it. Will power!!!! After you start exercising you will gradually gain more and more energy. I know its hard. I talk myself out of it day after day then month after month. Im not sure if you can but get a budy. Make each other work out. Be in competetion with someone. Anything that works. Good Luck (:

I started with little things like giving up soda...and then i gave up ice cream...and gave up more and more of the different foods that were fattening...also...eating because you are bored or because the food is good will get you too...drink a glass of water constantly...it will keep you full so you wont feel the need to eat...kids are cruel and ignore them...exercise could be something you like, even just a small walk somewhere is helpful...hon, don't listen to what kids say and take my advice and you will lose wieght...I've lost 50 pounds in 4 months...

Never ever eat before bed. Your last food intake should be 6 hours before sleep. Go for a little jog or other aerobic exercise in the morning before breakfast. This will burn the most fat from your body as you are not burning food calories.

Hey there James, as a personal wellness coach, I can help you with your problem. In the meantime, lessen your intake of junk foods and all. I can help you out.

try badminton...i have a nephew who was weighing at 275 lbs and is now a good-looking 235 lbs. (just this morning he weigh in)....we play everyday for one full hour, with only water breaks, and plays an all-hit session on court (meaning we dont play games, just hitting rigorously....) try it...youll love it...my nephew lost 40 lbs in 2 months...not bad huh?

just eat healthy. fruits, veggies if your thirsty no pop just drink water, meat sometimes and no cold cuts like salami. have fish instead. explain to your parents that you want to keep healthy so you've decided to go on a little diet for a couple months. they shouldn't have anything wrong with that. oh yeah and excercise is really great. if your really tired start off with walking, then if you have and ipod or mp3 listen to music that keeps you going when you excercise. but yeah like i said start of with walking, then maybe after 3 weeks go up to a jog, then a faster jog, then break into a run and don't forget to eat healthy no junk food and nothing with fat in it. good luck.

The only person that I really saw that lost weight was my baby cousin. He is 16 years old and was very heavy. All he does is ride his bicycle A LOT. I mean ride it to school or wherever you go. Of coarse it will be hard the first few week but once your body gets used to it, it will pay off. Also drink some protein shakes, and a light dinner. But I believe in a bicycle since I saw my cousins results.

well, the only reaosn i can think of about why you're feeling so tired is that you havent been getting exercise. your body becomes lethargic if you dont move around so its a cycle. the more you dont exercise, the more tired you will be feeling. try to force yourself to move around. walk around your block for a start.
if you're feeling symptoms other than tiredness, you might wanna go to a doctor just to be sure.

If you are honestly not overeating, you may have a thyroid problem. This is so commonly used as an excuse that people often think that's what it is. However, your inability to stay awake, etc. makes me wonder if you have hypothyroidism. I used to fall asleep in school all the time...WHILE PINCHING MYSELF. I don't know if it was my thyroid at that point, but I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at age 33 or 34. You could have vitamin deficiency or any host of more serious conditions. I urge you to get bloodwork done. If you don't have insurance, you may be eligible for state benefits.... It sounds like you are of school age. Anyway, don't give up. :-) I can tell you it gets easier, when you get older. I was made fun of til I had terrible self esteem because of my nose, but as an adult, it got much much better.

eat a little healthier! cut down on snacks and soda. and you dont necesarrily have to go to the gym just yet. there are little things you can do that helps burn those calories. like instead of using an elevator, take the stairs. or when you go somewhere, park a little further than usual. these tiny lifestyle changes really help even when you dont notice it.

I don't know what grade you are in or how old you are, but if you are young, you shouldn't be excessively tired like that! (im 21, married with a kid and in school, so i can say that ;p) but you should make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night! sleep is really important for teens (again dont know how old you are). If you are getting an adequate amount of sleep then you should try exercising. I know you said you cant because you are tired, but exercising (even walking/joggin) releases endorphins and saratonin (sp) in you body that help you not only wake you up and help to lose weight, but they also make you feel good about your self or just "happy". I would try going to the gym a few nights a week or even just try jogging in your neighborhood. Hope this helps

First of all you need to tell your family about your problem because then they could support you by being aware that you can't eat everything they can, therefor providing healthy foods at home.
Secondly if it's effecting your everyday life then you should get a physical check up and do everything the doctor tells you to.
It's not about the amount you eat it's about what you eat. I'm pretty sure there's food out there not only is it healthy but taste good too.
Good luck=)

It sounds really annoying, but you should go to a umm.. nutrionest/food planner person to help you decide what to consume, certain amount of calories, sugar amount, etc. I like lean cuisine it tastes good, and if you watch your calories *although it sounds stupid* it may work. Try drinking skim milk, using wheat bread *the better kind* on sandwiches, cut down on drinks high in sugar and carbs. I stopped drinking pop and i totally lost like 5 pounds, but the problem is, if i drink pop, i break out now and sorta bloat. A glass or two once in awhile a lil more is okay. Try to fit in about 3 days of your week to excersize for about 45 mins maximum. Start about 15-20 minutes and gradually increase. There's a few 7 minute work outs , too. They're good for stretching the muscles, not too much, but to make you more flexible, and start on abs. ;] Also, try to get around 9 hours of sleep before you awake 4 the day. Eat correct porportions based on your calorie diet, which i think is about 2000 calories or less depending on your weight and height. Drink water, not pop when you're thirsty, pop makes you more dehydrated and leaves excess sugar in your body. You can try to sign up for a gym, umm class monthly thing. so you can go every week or anytime and work out. Cut down on extra snacks, deserts, and try to eat fruit, or a smoothy thats low in calorie/fat but good in vitamins/low cholestorol. If it's a life threatening issue, such as severe obesity, you could talk to your family doctor, maybe be put on a medication, have surgery or something else recommended. Last thing, calculate your BMI on this site... http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and as you lose weight, you'll find out if your'e in the normal range. It's better to be a little chubby and healthy then extremely skinny and unhealthy. ;] Ihope i helped,

Meghan.

Go to the gym. don't be lazy on that. 2 and a half hour after that, than you can eat. But not much. At night, just eat an apel. Do not eat after 10.00 pm. Is time for you to sleep. wake up at 6.00am, do some run about 1 hour. But if you get tired before 1 hour, then stop. And do this run 2 days later. I hope this can help you a little.

the best thing to do is research diets, and nutrition facts, to set out a diet for you, and dont make it like a punishment, make it fun, and i believe you should work out, but with small baby steps, take it one day at a time, work your way up to a good workout, also, dont call it a diet call it a life style change, its not a huge difference, but it gives you a different outlook on the situation, be confident about yourself, it has worked for me. :)

How old are you? Are you getting enough sleep? If you look at all the chemicalized and processed crap we eat everyday, is not a mystery why we are fat, sick, and sluggish. I would suggest a natural colon cleanse for a few weeks first. You can get it at sprouts or health food stores. Then, try to avoid artificial sweetneners, even splenda, diet sodas, and diet food. They are poisons, keeping you sick and fat. Just try to eat natural foods as much as you can. If you have to eat pizza, burgers, sweets, etc, eat them in moderation and eat the organic versions. Exercise is important too. Good luck!
