Low impact vs High impact cardio?!

Question: I just started working out at a gym. On the treadmill you can look up your weight and it will tell you what your heart rate should be. I want to lose weight and inches so should I be doing the low or high impact cardio?

Low impact won't get you too much results. In fact, you shouldn't be as worried about impact, but more so about INTENSITY..

As for losing weight and inches, the absolute best way to do cardio is HIIT training...

Good luck!

Do low impact even if you've never had problems with your knees.

It's not worth the risk of creating problems, believe me.

Low impact cardio is best way to go, I lost 60 lbs in 4 months just from walking at 4mph.

You should be doing high cardio.. Cardio is the number one way to burn fat and lose weight. So do cardio 5 times a week and get ur target heart rate... This will help you lose weight healthy... I wish you luck!

Outside, go walking for an hour as fast as you can without jogging. Every day!! Fresh air and sunshine add Vitamin D to you!!

Eat small portion of meat, any kind fixed any way, and a nice large dark green leafy salad with tomatos and apple. Have a cup of milk with each meal.
