Yoga+water making how much weight loss??!


Question: if i start drinking a liter-2liters of water a day, i used to drink hardly any, and do some easy begginers yoga for 1/2 an hour each day, and cut my clories down by 200(still healthy amount) how much weight will i lose in a week?

Im guessing not much. I started working out recently with the same goal, losing a little a week, but my weight has done nothing but go up because you lose fat but gain muscle. However, if you keep at it, you will physically feel more toned, ignore the number on the scale!

it was mentioned on television today that many bottled waters are incredibly high in calories (like 240 or something, this is sickening as water isn't really isn't supposed to have any, they may have been talking about vitamin waters)

yoga really doesn't drop weight as much as it increases flexibility and lowers stress
