What's the best way to be good at arm wrestling without cheating?!


Question: ok i recently arm wrestled my friend and lost to him. so i want to win him at arm wrestling really badly.. i am pretty much same size to him. and i'm kinda buff and muscular, but i am not really good at arm wrestling because i kinda have weak arms.. so i want to gain some pure strength in my arm to allow me to perform well in arm wrestling.. i need some help and good advice what exercise will give u the most strength in my arm and gain some big mass?

there're so many more things to arm wrestling then size and strength like joint length, size weight distribution, and where your tendons connects to your bones. it's not really a great way to measure strength. i'm sure like any other thing that with practice you can get better but sometimes people are just naturals at it or suck like me. google some tips

tell a joke, or just make the other person laugh...it's fool-poof, and you win every time :)

your deltoid and bicep muscles are most used in arm wrestling. a good trick is to snap the wrist as soon as possible and it gives you leverage.

lift a couple of wieghts every once in awhile snd just practice

Building up all the msucles in your arm. Especially your biceps. Maybe also take some supplements like creatine.

idk if this is true, but i guess there is this certain angle that you can put your arm at that will be a sure fire way to win each time.
