L-glutamine?!


Question: does L-glutamine really help in losing fat and building muscle at the same time because if I take enough protein a day it would help me in developing the muscle and if I do cardio or aerobics and take L-glutamine it would prevent from muscle break down and helps me to lose fat so would this really help?????

L-glutamine is a great supplement.

it is the most abundant free amino acid in your body. and is used for many many things, it helps in recovery also.

to answer your question Yes, you will hear alot of conflicting info about doing cardio while building muscle, but as long as you take a good post workout protein drink it will help feed your muscles, while your cardio can focus on the fat.

an example of a good post workout drink, can be protein/maltodextrine/glutamine.

cant really taste glutamine, so maybee mix a little in your pre workout drink, or into your water while working out. Your muscles will thank you for it.
