Will this harm my body or tone and lose inches??? please help?!


Question: Ok ive been doing my new lifestyle for over a month now and am looking to lose inches. For the Past month ive been doing 3 indoor cycling classes, 1 pilate class, 1 step class and stability ball class. Ive been eating healthy/ watching my calories and drinking lots of water. In 1 month ill be doing this.
Monday: indoor cycling and ab class
Tuesday: bikini boot camp
Wednesday: Cycling and cardio kickboxing
Thursday: stability ball
Friday: cycling
Saturday: rest
Sunday out door soccer.
Will this " shock" my body and make me tone/ lose inches more for the summer.
Anyways any tips will help... and am i working everything.. like stomach, legs, cardio.. you know., THANKS!!

actually looks pretty good. and it's good you have a day of rest. don't worry about shocking your body, that's not the goal. listen to your body if your always sore and tired you're not going to my progress (you could actually do the opposite).
looks like only 2 days of strength training though. on friday can you add in some strength training? even if its just doing situps, pushups and squats on your own.
as a personal trainer i can tell you the difference you will see with 3-4 days of strength training compared to 2 days will be amazing.
