Please answer!! easy 10 points!!?!


Question: i weigh 107 pounds..i am 5 feet tall..14 year old femal...i would like to please know the following...the first question is the most critical!! please dont just guess!!

1. how much calories should i eat to maintain my weight?
2. is this a healthy weight?..too heavy?
3.what time should i weigh myself?
4. do i have to exercise daily to maintain my weight or can i just watch what i eat?
5. does going bathroom help with maintaing weight?

1] it depends how active you are. i would say AROUND 1700 calories? it depends on a lot, really.
2] definitely not too heavy at all.
3] weigh yourself first thing in the morning when you wake up before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom
4] exercise is really necessary to be healthy in general, but in terms of maintaining weight [you're not looking to lose], you don't need to exercise daily.
5] no. it's all water weight, and weight you'll lose anyway. you can't make yourself go to the bathroom more anyway except laxitives [ew] and that only gets the junk out faster than your body would normally.

well you shouldn't have to hold your poo in you know. and um its called diet and exercise.

its when you eat healthy and excercise for an hour each day.


i hate it when ppl ask this question its not rocdket science. :|

5. Going to the bathroom does help you maintain weight, but only because you are getting rid of bile and other toxcins in your body. Other wise not really.

5. no it doesnt sorry, barfing out stuff doesnt mean anything but only cause you to have problems.

2. your not heavy you are in between the right weight for your age ; 100lbs - 115 lbs.
3. best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after your 1st pee
4. you have to do both, watchj what you eat and exercise.
5. you have to have a healthy routine of going to the bathroom if this is what you mean with your last question. the truth to those slimming tea's to make you go to the bathroom several time is a hoax. you'll just lose water, not the fat.

i wont advise you to diet cause you are too young, just watch what you eat, scrap the junk foods, soda and watch those fat laden for your lunch and dinner.
