How many times do you weigh yourself in a day?!

Question: I do it about 6 times! I know I'm obsessive.

Answers: I do it about 6 times! I know I'm obsessive.

You shouldnt weigh yourself everyday. your body weight is constantly fluctuating a pound or two and if you weigh yourself everyday its just going to give you a complex. If you weigh yourself about twice a week, you are more likely to tell if you are losing weight or gaining it.

once, in the morning.

Once if at all. I do it first thing in the morning after I've gone to the washroom.

Once....in the morning

once or twice

Once, in the morning.

about 7 maybe :D

I don't even own a scale.

If I look in the mirror and am happy, I'm good. If I look in the mirror and I'm unhappy I change my eating habits.

m scard to go and weigh myself in case i gained weight
hv been gainin since last yr

Once, when i've woken up.

2-3 times

Never.

I haven't weighed myself for about 6 months now. I'm not that bothered about my weight though. Six times in a day seems a bit much....

You are obsessive but if that is the extent of your obsession don't worry. Ideally weight checks should be weekly at the same day and time.

I only weigh myself once a month.

maybe once a week

never lol

in a day? jeez you have a disorder... and once a week at least for me!

None! Some folks obsess about the outside when they really need to be working on the inside. Perhaps you shouldn't focus so much on how much you weigh and pay more attention to the goodness within. Try doing some positive for others to make their lives more worthwhile. Do uplifting things to make you feel good about your self. You then won't be so focused on your appearance. When you are beautiful on the inside, it shines right through to the outside. Whatever reading you are getting on the scale can never accomplish that glow from within!

Once in a week or so.Weights dont change everyday. It takes time.
