What is YOUR BMI (body mass index)?!

Then take your height in inches (i.e. 65") and multiply it by itself (i.e. 65 x 65)
Then take the second number and divide it from the first number!

Be careful with the BMI. The BMI scale is a GENERAL rule for determining obesity. I am 5' and about 110 lbs but quite muscular, making my weight for height seem pretty high. I however wear a size 2 and freaked out for a while because my BMI number is "high" even though my actual body fat is average- low.

I'm 5"3 and I weight 190 pounds, so what do you think it is?
