How can i lose 6 pounds in a week?!
Question: im meeting up with the love of mylife..he loves me cause who i am but i desided to lose weite 4 me...in one month and a 1/2 ive lost 16 pounds..but im platouing[my body is geting ustu the exsersise]i need help..iwas 168 know im 152..is it good enofe?

I dont think there is a healthy way to lose 6 pounds in a week. Trust me, the love of your life will just be happy to see you, and then when you leave, you can continue to lose the weight.

How tall are you? The only thing you can do is have a strict diet and exercise but not guarenteed to lose 6, you should lose something though.
6 pounds is not a realistic or healthy goal! If you are not at your happy weight give yourself more time! Aim for 1-2 pounds a week. And try a new type of execise to re-jump start your metabolism!
you cant lose 6 pounds in a week. You would be losing a lot of muscle. Shoot for 1-2 pounds in a week.
by the way, work on your spelling. It kann gett varry ennoying
Detoxification is healthy when done in moderation (certainly not too often). You'd see 6 pounds go away on the scale, but your looks wouldn't change at all. In order to change your body composition, the only way to go is what's already been said: exercise.
I highly recommend resistance training and the exercise ball. Resistance training will train how you look more than just about anything else!
Avoid;
-Chips
-burgers
-Pizzas
-Ice cream
-Cokes and similar
-cakes
-drink lot of water
-make sure to run at least 2 miles a day
-eat fruit and vegetables ( some japo too)
