You are not "fat." You are a little overweight, and I think it's great that you're trying to lose some, but do it healthily and for the right reasons. Who you are doesn't depend on what size your pants are, it depends on what's inside. So don't hate yourself because you aren't supermodel thin, but love yourself no matter what, and if you lose weight, do it for your own physical and emotional health, not for anyone else.

That doesn't sound bad to me.

Hard to say without a picture, really.

Not at all!!

Well I'm over a foot taller than you and I just weigh 20 pounds more so I think it would be very healthy to lose a bit of weight for you. I guess you are fat, but don't get down on yourself for it. I've got a few fat friends; it is the personality that counts.

Im 18 5'2 and weigh 165 and i feel overweight, im dieting and working out to get my figure back lol. I dont look fat and neither do you prob but i just wanna loose it.

yes

i'm 5'2 and weigh 105.
Though that doesn't mean that you are necessarily fat. You could be really built with nice heavy muscles (as muscles weigh more than fat) and you could have nice bones...
don't worry about your weight too much, just keep your heart healthy. work out your heart (cardio exercize) and be healthy. who cares how much you weigh. Be happy and live your life. screw hollywood and their f-ing standards.

No, you're NOT fat. What's wrong with size 14? That's what Marilyn Monroe wore!

Do you do any cardiovascular exercise (anything that gets your heart and lungs working?)

If not, it would be great if you could go for a brisk walk for approximately 20 mins a day. Swimming is another option (if you have access to a pool). Cycling is another good bet.

Try to avoid sugary, processed foods (anything with a long list of ingredients). Portion size is another issue... be aware of what you are putting on your plate! When you feel hungry, before picking up something to eat... take a few mins to assess whether you are genuinely hungry. Thirst can feel like hungar, so have a drink of water and then re-assess. Drink 1.5-2 litres of water per day (more if it's a hot day).

Good luck!

Fat isn't a thought...it's a FACT! If ya gotta ask, you are! Anyone, anywhere at 5'2" should weigh no more than 135! But there's plenty of hope because of youth! Nip it in the beginning to enjoy a full lifetime of success! The answer is 'calisthenics'!

Your BMI is 30, which isn't good. That falls in the obese catagory. You really shouldn't diet until you are older, but you can still exercise and monitoer your caloric intake. If you exercise three times a week you need to only take in about 1650 calories. I'll give you sites that will let you calculate you BMI and Required Calrie intake on your own. If you exercise and eat right you should loose weight.

Not trying to be mean, I think you could definitely lose about 30-40 lbs. Also check you body fat %, you could be very muscular, in which case you might have to lose far less or nothing at all.

Start by eating healthier. Reduce processed foods and eat natural foods - vegetables, lean meat, fish, healthy nuts like almonds and walnuts and lots of water. Reduce foods that have added sugar like cakes, pastries, donuts, etc, drastically. Initially it will feel like hell, if you persist for a few weeks, you start loving the taste of these foods and you won't go back

Exercise at least 5 times a week. You'll notice the energy you feel. Do cardio at least 5 days a week (I'm guilty in this dept. I do it only rarely) and weight training 2-3 times a week. Cut down your TV time by half and use it for exercise instead.

Yes, that is very fat.

Stop eating so much and get off your butt.
