Yes it does actually its the best exercise that you can do because it works every muscle in your body. There is a tiny trampoline called an urban rebounder it is an excellent workout tool.

Yes...alot of people use those mini-trampolines for indoor use.

Hell yea it does. My friends and I would jump on a large trampoline, and we would get sooooo winded wanting to just keep on going...
