Can someone give me an easy exercise program that will tone my abs and my butt?!


Question: I am a 16 year old girl. I don't do much exercise but I'm at a healthy weight and want to be fitter than I am while toning up my abs and butt (i want a subtle six-pack). I study alot so homework takes up a lot of my time, but if someone could give me any exercise to tone up my abs and butt then THANKYOU and please tell me!

To get a so-called "subtle" six-pack abs, cardio exercise is a must.

This is because it's the exercise that kickstarts your metabolism higher, so you've higher fat-burning capacity, to burn off excess fat from your entire body, to lose weight.

And cardio is absolutely necessary to get rid of the excess fat in your butts too.

Choose a cardio you like and love and do it 4-5 times per week for at least 30 mins per session. Could be runnning, walking, swimming, biking.....

After your cardio, do the following abs and butt routines:

Abs

Do both 3-4 times per week for 10-15 mins per session.

And eating a healthy diet that promotes weight loss is a must too. You get to lose weight faster and keep it off permanently.
