do u have any problems such as boy problems n stuff. there is definitely something psychologically affecting you.. Try to go out with your friends, or chat Online with your friends.! try to make a list of why u wanna lose weight and then print 2 pages.! on the first page, put your dream girl and on the second page put a picture of a girl that u re afraid to turn out to be like.. ! n whenever u wanna eat, decide.. ! thats how i generally do.. !
N do not forget that it all ends in ur head.! whenever u say something like' u r not allowed to" u r brain automatically informs u to do so ! so stop telling your self what u shouldnt do !But what you can eat, and what u can do rather than eating.........

No dont throw up at all u will b belimic and belive me ppl find out easily when i was in middleschool/ still am high school iu cna soo tell i never do it and i kno its wrong hurry and get summ help!!!
you can, but then you will do it over and over agian. Tell your parents not to make you so much food. Cut your portions down. tell them you feel a little over weight and you want to eat lighter.
I don't know how old you are, but get your thyroids checked. This could be the problem you're having with eating too much and staying hungry all the time. How do you not have time to exercise, but have time to eat constantly?
