For a runner (and I am one) it doesn't sound like you are eating nearly enough. When you look at the nutrition label on the side of food packaging you'll notice that ti mentions "based on a 2,000 calorie diet." Most doctors and nutritionists reccomend that endurance athletes eat upwards of 3,000 or even 4,000 calories a day. Your lunch should probably be more substantial, instead of fatty food and you should htink about adding some complex carbohydrates (bread, potatoes) into your diet. You a re probably burning more energy than you are putting in and you'll see the negative side effects on the track.

come on wut do u realy thing do u just post for the satifaction of posting??

Well...

too much junk food and too little healthy foods!

Try eating more food, but food from a balaced diet.

oh wow, that's all very good habits, but if you're exercising a lot, be sure to eat enough! so that your body can get the most out of the workout without causing unnatural occurances in your body such as your body thinking it's starving and taking in more calories than burning, that's sounds right, keep it up.

see your doctor. i depends on your bmi. but, as a distance runner (at 5'7, 125 lbs), i think you're eating too little.

I think you should be more concerned with WHAT you are eating. Poptarts, frosted flakes, teddy grams, granola bars? You are doing a disservice to your body.
Keep in mind that our body uses what we eat for building blocks to create energy and build muscle and new cells.
You should ingest quality, healthy food.
Try having more lean protein, vegetables, fruit!
I don't mean to lecture you, I just want you to think about what you're eating. You will live a longer, healthier, happier life if you fuel your body wisely.

it's not how much you eat but what you eat that accumulates to quantity. by the looks of it your NOT eating a well balanced diet I sense too much sugar and salt a.k.a processed foods in your diet.

Are you vegeterian by the way? Because you never meat in your diet and if in the case you are vegan try to add a bit of protein such as legumes.

Eat fresh foods that contain nutrition and have proper meals not poptarts etc.
