Aslong as the meals are healthy, the weight should come right off.
weight watchers works best! i didnt believe it until i tried it, ive lost 17 lbs in 2 months.i started off at 157. and i just keep losing weight.its hard at first, but it really helps form good eating habits!!! oh and going to the meetings increase your wight loss, its true
