Will i lose weight if i walk 6 miles a day?!

This depends.

If you walk slowly, you may end up losing muscle mass and in turn lose weight- but unfortunately not fat.

If you walk very briskly (i.e. speed walking), you'll get your heart rate up and burn fat via the low impact activity you are doing. You'll be burning fat and this, coupled with eating small portions of healthy food throughout the day will, indeed, result in fat loss (weight loss).

I would say yes, but of course it would depend on factors like your sex and size. It also depends on what you would consider a "small" meal and what foods you are eating during those meals.

Wow keep up the good work. It seems like you will lose weight and tone your body. But try not to over work yourself because you will get too tired and then quit.
