Pretty much none. One pound equals 3500 calories. Your body (at 120 lbs. at your height) already needs a certain amount of calories to just run. You would have to eat that plus the extra 3500 calories for it to turn to a pound of fat.

Don't worry if you ate too much today. Just go back to eating normal tomorrow. Your body will adjust. It may just hold water weight for a couple of days.

Maybe one or two pounds if eat like a PIG.

A pound is equal to 3500 calories. So if you eat 3500 calories more than you burn during the day, then you will have gained one pound. You can gain a couple of pounds if you go on a huge 7000 calorie binge and don't burn it off.

it doesn't matter how tall you are or how much you weigh. it more depends on your metabolism & exercise that day. One pound = 3500 calories. your typically allowed/ supposed to have 2000 calories per day so anything over that will add to your weight gain. i would guess someone who is binging and not moving that day could gain a few pounds.
