How can I lose the flab just above my hips?!


Question: I've been exercising a lot recently, been getting thinner, but there's no change on my sides. I do push-ups, sit-ups (various kinds) and I run, but I can't get rid of the flab on the sides of my stomach. Any advice to get rid of it?

You can do a million sit ups push ups etc but you have to eat right as well. That's the main thing, cut out all fried and fatty foods. Also drink lots of water. Trust me, eat healthy for a week and you'll see a difference.

I guess, after a while you will start losing it from where you want. I am the same with my thighs. Ive been exercising and eating less, my back and arms have become really skinny but my thighs won't change! It is so annoying.
