I need to loose 10lb fast any ideas?!

start running like 5 miles a day and drink a gallon of water. Eat too (only good foods). Have fun

You need around three weeks to truly loose 10lbs of fat. anything lost fast like say in just a few days is just water weight or fecal matter in your intestine.

Yes drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up, that will get your metabolism going. Try anything holistic to lose weight thats the best way, just google holistic weight loss. Eat more fruits and vegetables, like organic grapefruits you can eat those all day they have an enzyme that will help you lose weight. Speaking of enzymes why not take some Acidophilus those are enzymes you can get them at your local CVS RITEAID WALGREENS or you can order them online. They are pretty cheap and help a great deal with your nutrition. You can google search enzymes to see what they are and why we need them. Also processed inorganic food has little or no enzymes. Just how fast are we talking here? No matter what you try it won't happen over night. However I just lost about 14lb in three weeks using a points system comparable to WW.

Increase your calorie usage by activity and exercise. Volley ball, in addition to exercise classes is a good way. Try the YMCA.

I've lost some major weight (and three waistline sizes) by drinking 12 cups of coffee w/ cream & sugar, smoking 7-12 cigarettes a day, and drinking a can of a dietary supplement a day (Look Ma, no solids!). My diet won't get any 'Seal of Approval' from the medical community, but it works for me. Ain't kidney shutdown great?

well i loose weight i swear in like 20 minutes well atleast it appears so .. i do crunches and pushups
i dont eat so healthy but im getting there
