Can you lose 3 lbs in 1 hour in water weight?!

Question: i went to the gym weighed myself and worked out for an hour and a half. cardio, weights then more cardio. i weighed myself and weighed almost 3 lbs lighter. (i didnt go to the bathroom) and all the sweat was still on my shirt. could it be the scale? or a black hole sucking my sweat off at the treadmill?

Yes you can and still be wearing your wet shirt. The sweat is evaporating all the while soaking your clothes. It is evaporating from your skin and the clothes that you are wearing. This is the cooling effect, evaporation. Just remeber to keep hydrated, keep your diet in check and all will be well. I knew a kid in highschool who did not have sweat glands. He drooled a lot.

3lbs is very easy to do in an hour. Fighters can cut from 10 to 25lbs of water in a day to make weigh-ins.

You definately can!! UFC fighters use the steam room to make a weigh in before a fight!!

yes you can lose alot of weight in 1 hour! some times like 5-10 pounds in an hour!! i did it in wrestling to make weight all the time!!

I dont think in an hour. Sweat doesnt make you loose weight. Sweat cools the body down when it gets hot from exercising.

WOULD CHECK YOUR CONSTITUION,DIGESTIVE SYSTEM, YOUR DAILY EXCERCISE AND THE DIET THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONVERT INTAKE INTO OUTAKE WITHOUT ANY HARMFUL SUBSTANCES REMAINING INSIDE AND WITHOUT ANY HARMFUL SUBSTANCES THAT U MIGHT CONSUME LETTING IT AFFECT THE NORMAL FUNCTIONING OF AN ATHELECTIC FRAME OF MIND AND BODY-THAT IT-!

You can if you've been drinking muscle milk all day. That stuff gives you the run's. Just make sure you don't run out.
