when you r standing near glass while sweating....does the glass get foggy and consensation form? think about it, your body gives off steam, proven when you walk outside in the cold after a work out. it dont all come out as liquid sweat.

out your a**

it goes away

Most likely, it's water weight.

it burns.. fat burns when you exersise!..

the weight comes out when you are sweating it is turned into moist water and comes out your body.

Your body uses it in the form of calories.
"burning" calories.

What a silly question....the weight dissapears..owwww...becuz you are burning fat...

I thinks its all sweat?

i'd post it in the science category

you burn the calories.

chemical processes and some s..hit

in sweat and the energy you used to work out

its burns off and disolves. weird i know, right?

your sweat gland release extra fat that is storesd when you eat and the reson you sont see a gallon of sweath is because the sweat has so much salt it evaporate quickly

Fat cells are like ballons. When you have excess fat they are blown up,when you lose that weight, they deflate.

As for water weight, that is different. You can sweat and uriniate it out.You can lose 5lbs in a fight, although that is in NO way healthy, and they'll probley gain it all back once they start drinking water again because their body will retain it.

sweat, on to your clothes and evaporation

it metabolizes i think is the word. and comes out in sweat. your shirt soaks it up as well as other things, and some water evaporates sweat is icky stuff.

Evaporation.

You're burning calories and fat, you're getting hot, you're muscles work harder, metabolism goes up, etc... So it's not just water weight that is being measured.

when you sweat, a lot of it evaporates, so its hard to tell EXACTLY how much you sweat. it also has to deal with what your wearing when you weigh yourself. like if your wearing something totally different from when you weighed yourself the first time, compared to the next time.

My Dad used to work out in the sun all day... his weight would fluctuate five to ten pounds. That's why you have to always be drinking before, during and after a work out.

You lose weight thru a few different ways. 1. Sweat. You are losing water when you sweat. You perspire throughout the day and you will perspire more when your metabolism is working harder. You can sweat and not even notice it because it evaporates quickly. 2. Breathing. When you exhale you push out carbon dioxide and water (plus whatever usused portion of your inhale there is). Since you inhale oxygen (plus a certain amount of unused nitrogen and other gases), where does the carbon for the carbon dioxide come from? That carbon dioxide is a product of your body burning fuel. The water you exhale also comes from this. Your body can be burning fat or glucose. Either way, your body will break that down and you will get some carbon dioxide and water from it which you will exhale. 3. Renal system. When you urinate you will be releasing water and chemicals released from burning fuel.

The free E-book on this site might be just what you need to help you lose weight. It's a free download so at least it won't hurt to try it.

It was the potatoes you stuffed in your spandex. Next time after you work out leave them in when you weigh in. I know, I know...they are at that point squishy and don't have the same appeal to the girls you wanted to impress. Who would be impressed by a pile of mush that has now moved to the rear of your shorts. So be carefull with the squats and leave them in for the actual weight.
