Is it too much if i start swimming and biking?!


Question: am i gonna over work my body or burnout??? i just wanna burn the fastest i can!!!! i want to run in the mornings and go to swimming biking then swim and get back home biking.....

It is never to much, as long as you have something to burn. To loose weight you have burn double the calories you consume, so what your saying does sound like it will work fast, if done with intensidity and such. Burnout only really happens if you don't properly prepare; Stretching, Starting off at a good rate. Don't spring into action before you know exactly what your doing. A suggest if you want to help with soarness. Do your workout n never take anything to remove pain added from it, far as being sore. :D eventually your body gets used to it.

Only you can decide your tolerance level for that much exercise. Are you training for a triathalon?

I think most coaches would tell you to bike one day, swim the next, run the next, and then take a day off. Gives your body some recovery time, which it needs, and would lessen the chance for burn out. You'd still be burning lots of calories.
