I need help. someone help me? thank you!?!


Question: So I am planing to lose some weight during the next few months, but I don't know where am I going to start and how and
what do I need to change. P.s. i want to lose more weights on my stomach and my arms because they seem really big.

Okay, so here's some of the things that I do might seem useful for your answer:

- after i eat, i just sit around and watch tv,because i don't have anything else to do. besides it's too cold to go outside in the winter and my apartment is too small for exercisers
-i drink water and eat a lot of vegetable and fruits
-sometimes to avoid getting fatter, I took a shower first
- i stay indoor almost everyday except for school and I don't exercise
-i don't eat a lot junk food only like once in a while for a piece of chocolate

I'm wondering how can i lose some weights for my stomach and my arms.(mostly i care about my stomach)
Also can you tell me the fastest way to lose A LOT of weights.

Whether it is doing crunches or leg lifts on the floor of your apartment, then DO IT!

You can also try a local gym, or buy light weights for your arms.

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, then exercise:

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

to lose weight fast thought, i suggest joining an aerobics class 5 times a week.
ive been doing it since september 07 and ive dropped 4 pant sizes.

You got to exercise and you don't have to go outside to do it. You can download on your computer some exercise programs like Tae bo bootcamp and you can do it in your bedroom or somewhere at home.... download on limewire or just buy the DVD.... It will work if you are motivated and tired of being overweight.....

Go on a diet. There are tons of diet out there so research and check which one will suit you. Cut out all sugar and simple carbohydrates in your diet.

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

Have realistic goals. Like loosing only 2lb a week.

If you're stomach is not getting any flatter after a few weeks, you can do a detox for your liver and colon. There are tons of detox kit out there.

Drink a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Not all fruits and vegetables are good like potatoes, corn, mango, all dried fruites, etc

The fastest way to lose a lot of weight is to have surgery or you can drink some weight loss supplement like hoodia.

Its important that first you go and see a local doctor or GP before making drastic changes on your health.

You should eat healthily and excersise, if you have spare time... why not go for a quick jog?

Fish is quite good for dieting, I heard bodybuilders go on a fis diet where they just eat fish so that theyre muscles really show, and they lose some fat.

Water is very important make sure you d not get dehydrated while excersising, so always have some water bottle or something close to you.

Sounds like you know the answer....exercise. Why not buy some dvd's at wal-mart or traget and so that. It doesn't take much room just move the coffee table!
