What should I do about my diet?!


Question: I just started my diet today and I want to have an apple but I just can't force myself to take a bite; I just feel too guilty.

All I ate today was a salad with some tuna at 11:45 and its now 4 and I think its okay for me to have half an apple, but I just feel guilty. Im afriad that this will lead to me starving myself.
What do I do?

What are you doing to yourself?

You want to lose weight, but you don't Starve yourself, that's just dumb.

You still need to EAT, Just Healthier.
Join Weight Watchers & Count your points, I know allot of people that it worked out for.

EAT FRUITS & VEGGIES.

seriously, dont starve yourself.. if you keep going like this, your gonna lose weight in no time.

if you starve yourself your body will store it as fat and it will be harder to lose.

eat, but healthy foods. apples are great.

eat the apple, it is healthy and they help people loose weight. i know someone who ate 2 apples in a day(with other healthy foods) and she lost 12 pounds in 5 weeks

get of your diet and eat the apple

Feeling guilty makes you gain weight so just enjoy your apple its a healthy food anyway. Check my site for diet advice that really works there is a link to it in my profile.

In stead of eating 3 times a day, eat more times. Small to medium-small menu's.
And, eat very differently about every 3 to 4 days. Like 3-4 days this kind, and than 3-4 days some totally other kind.
That way, your body can't guess the eating pattern and it will burn the food and fat more!
If the body CAN guess the eating pattern, the body will adapt.
Say, you'll eat only 750 calories a day every day. Then your body will recognize the pattern and adjust by... Burning 750 calories a day! You won't get any thinner!
Fool the body by chancing the type of food often.

Go to the hospital, look for someone with the stomach flu, have them cough on you. After a little (or a lot) of perfectly explainable throwing up and diarrhea you will be ten lbs lighter.

OMG eat the apply honey!! They are the best roughage in the world, clean ya right out and offers up tons of nutrients for you on your diet!!!! Good luck and don't starve......

starving will only put your metabolism in starvation mode and make it less efficient at burning fat and calories. your weight loss will slow to nothing and you will defeat the diet process. eat somewhat less - only about 20-30% less than before and exercise to rev the metabolism
