LOOSE 20 pounds quickly. Dont care healthy or not....?!


Question: I really dont want to hear no mumbo jumbo about you need to be healthy, it takes time....I understand. My QUESTION is how do I loose 20 pounds quickly. I need to loose 20 pounds in AT LEAST 2 months. AT LEAST!!!! I can't be fat no more. It is literally driving me insane. I am putting pics on my wall of the way I use to be, it's all I can think about. I can't sleep. I weigh myself all the time. I feel guilty for eating a darn thing now. I just need to loose at least 20 pounds before I can stop obsessing over it. If I over eat now I can't stop thinking about it till I get it out of my body....I can't live like this anymore. Please help. Please.

Run. That's the fastest and most direct way to get an effective full body workout. Also do a bit of strength training for nice body tone and definition. Like do some pushups and situps here and there. Drink slimfast. It has the calories you will need for energy and it's full of good vitamins your body needs to maintain. Replace 2 of your 3meals a day with slimfast. An just don't eat much of anything else unlest it's some low calorie fruit or veggies. You will be hungry and at times you will feel like you are starving and you just HAVE to eat someting. Just remember it's MIND over MATTER. When you get hungry just think about something else and keep busy. I find that when I'm really busy throughout the day I will have not even realized that I hadn't eaten all day b/c I've been so busy. But if you must eat someting, make it fruit, vegies or something fiber rich. Fiber rich foods make you fuller faster off of fewer calories. But really if you can help it, don't eat. It will be hard like the first 2 weeks or so but then your body will get used to it and you will start dropping off the pounds in no time. Also since you're a female (I assume) take advantage of your menstral cycle. Know that when your period comes, that is the best time to diet b/c your metabolisim goes up. So that week that you get your period, capitalize on it. Eat little and work out a lot. You will feel fatter and feel like it's not working but that's just because of the water retention and bloating during your period. But after your period is gone, if you have done what i just said, you will love what the scale says. Losing weight is easier that we THINK. Just don't think about it so much. Stay busy and don't eat. Also during this 2months that you are losing weight, don't keep too much snack food in the fridge or kitchen cabinets that way if you're just sitting around the house, you won't be tempted. Also most people get burnt out on the exercise especially if they try to go hard and they're not used to exercising regularly so just take it easy. If you don't feel like exercising one day then just don't. It's less stressful that way. Just don't eat. When you get discouraged just think to yourself "C'mon it's just two months. It's not the end of the world. Just two frickin months of these slimfast and chicken scraps." And then go do something to take your mind off your diet. Also don't let this take all the fun out of your life. Don't put yourself in prison. If you happen to go out to eat w/ friends one night. Go ahead and eat that ONE night and promise yourself you will do a few situps and pushups in the morn. Just forget about food and focus on everything else, school, work, kids, boyfriend whatever else. Good luck and just watch how easy this will be. You can do it. No need to be fat if you don't want to be. So how bad do you want it? Oh and by the way Slim Fast has some really good flavors. Get creative and try them all. But I love Rich Chocolate Royal. Also I don't know if there is a Kroger groc store where you live but they make a generic Slim-Rite. I just bought a pack today so I don't know if they taste as good but they're much cheaper.

Liquid diet for 2 weeks
but take a vitamin every day
something like Slimfast

Increase your metabolism.
Refrain from eating big meals.
Eat 6 small meals every 4 hours.
This will make your metabolism faster, which will help you.
Ironic, I know.

Go to the gym and run a lot.
Refrain from fatty foods.

Low carb, lost of controversy here, but I did it and lost 50 pounds fast...after that I adopted a healthier diet, exercised more and now stick to the weight watchers program. Have kept the 50 pounds off now for 4 years.

Eat only 600 calories a day until you reach your goal weight. ( veg's and fruits) and drink a lot of water...it works for fast weight loss! eat at-least 3-4 times a day

amputate your leg. Not healthy, but it works.

Don't just drink slimfast, people have died from doing that. I really just wish you would be comfortable with who you are and not stress over how you look. :(

20 lbs. in 2 months is very do-able! And can be done in a healthy way. You feel out of control about something in your life, and now want to control your body. It's understandable, and so long as you realize this you can keep things in check.

Listen, if you eat a twinkie you have some crazy amount of calories and everyone knows it is unhealthy. If you eat celery with all natural peanut butter you are getting more full with half the calories.Eating healthy is the easiest way to weight loss. Couple that with cardio ,and you should lose the weight while strengthening your heart.If you care not at all you can always go anorexic or bulimic. The thing is you have heard of this ,and you unconsciuosly know these unhealthy methods are wrong for your body.I want to look like Brad Pitt in Troy. I'm not gullible enough to believe that drinking green tea and smoking a pack a day is going to get me looking like that. I know if I want the results I have to put in hard hours and keep a clean diet.

walking on the tridmeall every day morning and night for at leat an hour speed 4.0 to 4.2 i burn from 700 to 1000 calories a day ""better to buy one even sheap one would work""with no junk food or soda and drink low carb protien and bars,almond ,fruit espacially apples,oranges ""omega3 suplments,vitaminc,calcium,E.thats the best way to lose weight reallly fastt ..goooood luckk

i would say to do low carb. i lost a little over 70lbs in 6 months with that. the first week i lost 6lbs. some will say its healthy and some will not but if you dont care then try it. if you go to www.lowcarbfriends.com its free and that will help give you an idea of how much you can lose. some lost way more than me in 6 months. go to that site and check out the discussion boards there. they can help you lose more thatn 20lbs in 2 months. there is also this thing on there called the meat and egg fast and with that some people lost like 15lbs in two weeks. its where you can only have meat and eggs. no cheese or anything else. if you cant do that though try just regular low carb. eat veggies, chicken, meat, and cheese. then just drink water or crystal light. its awesome for losing weight quickly. :)
