Diet food plan PLEASE HELP?!


Question: ok so i'm 13 years old 162 lbs. and 5'7...im sick and tired of my brother always making fun of me..also im graduating 8th grade this year, so there will be parties and stuff..and i dont wanna go to parties in a dress looking how i am now

please dont just say drink water and exercise i know


can i have a good diet plan ..like breakfest lunch and dinner...and what to stay away from?

how much do you think i could lose by june if i start march 1?!

You are on the right track make your own diet. The best thing you can do is hire a nutritionist but if you cannot afford that then.
