hi, i'm a former anorexic. it is really hard to break out of the mental cycle of controlling everything that goes in your mouth. I would recommend starting out slow, just add a little something each day. i would also really recommend getting some sort of pyschological support. this is a VERY difficult disease to get over by yourself. but congratulations on making the decision to change your life and improve your health. it IS possible to get better girls, and to live a happy life! i'm living proof of it! best of luck to you!

I don't know:( I'm bulemic and need the same answer?

You really need to get psychiatric help because you've gotten into the mindset that food and eating are bad. I'm not sure how serious your case is, but from what I've seen on shows like Intervention, anorexia is very psychological. If you feel that you can start eating again, eat foods that you feel comfortable eating and work your way back to eating normally again. Just remember that you're beautiful no matter what and your body needs food to survive!

Start eating slow, like don't pig out all at once.
and eat healthy, don't start on candy and stuff.
and pick up a less self-destructive past-time
=D

I wouldn't really know the correct answer as I'm a guy + I've never starved myself before, but - right now, you have a very low metabolism and would gain weight really fast if you just started eating regularly. Common sense tells me you'd have to start eating light and just gradually up the dosage until you're up to a normal amount? You'd want to set a plan and adhere strictly to it. Make sure you have additional help from knowledgeable people, not from strangers on Yahoo! Answers. :)

slowly, small meals, with good nutrition.how tall are you ?and how skinny are you? at 15 ,118 lbs might not be to thin for you.
