Exercise Question!!?!


Question: Ok, lets say i usually do chest exercises on mondays and thursdays every week.

BUT i was wondering if lets say i couldnt do it that thursday so i did it on friday instead... would that be ok? like would that be bad that instead of thursday i did it friday?

No . Consistency is great, but just because of one day, it wouldn't mess up your exercise routine.

That is fine. Just maybe skip it on Monday IF your chest hurts. That way you give the muscles time to repair and strengthen.
