Definitely taste:

-processed food lacks in "flavor", most of the flavor are from salt, sugar, artificial flavor, and preservatives.

-I like eating healthy, but fresh food = expensive and have to eat right away.

Most of the time, I feel guilty for eating a bag of chip or hambuger instead of an apple or more healthier meals. When I do eat healthy, I like the feelings plus I know that my body will appreciate more.

As a college student often you grab what is most accessible and sometime that mean a bag of chips and coffee for dinner, while finishing up that term paper.

For my NEW YEAR resolution, i promised myself to eat more healthy food. So far i've kept it, with the occasional baskin robin and krispy kream (not that often). I think the biggest changes that i've notice is how conscious i've become to my health and attittude toward food.

the biggest difference was the amount and the energy that i got
before the assorted foods ran me down and only lasted for a short period of time
the taste also had a difference but if you want tasty nutricious food make simple dishes

You get a lot of more energy. And healthy food makes you feel better after you eat it. You can definitely tell the difference from bad food and good food by the way you feel after.
