While on the cabbage diet is it okay to include crackers with the cabbage soup?!
Question: by adding crackers its more carbohydrates that you consume. also most crackers are high in sodium which makes your body retain more water which will keep some wieght on. the cabbage soup diet is a great diet, very bland but extremely healthy. best of luck to you.

I'm guessing that includes eating nothing but cabbage...what don't people get!YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE of your eating habits.Soon as you go off this "diet" you will gain every lbs and maybe more that you had before because you didn't change your eating habits,you just ate one thing.Also,eating one thing non stop is not good for you either,you need a diverse diet!PLEASE go off this ridiculous diet!
