Do you know what you can eat with a limit of 1300 calories?!


Question: An example menu:
Breakfast "Eggs & Veggies"
Snack "Unsweetened apple sauce (no sugar added) with 10 almonds"
Lunch "Grilled Chicken Wrap"
Snack "1 cup frozen grapes" & "Celery w/PB"
Dinner "Fish & Veggie Skillet" with a side of "Broccoli Cauliflower Salad"
totaling 1301.25 calories plus any condiments you use (ketchup - 20 calories per tbls for example) and beverages outside diet soda, crystle light, unsweetened tea, and water.

Choose 1 meal from each category, and 2-3 snacks per day. averages between 1000-1500 calories depending on which combinations you choose.

you can eat anything you want, the key is portion control. Know how many calories is in the foods you eat and control how much you eat.

Yes. I count the calories.

Yes. I have been on The Biggest Looser diet since Sept and eat 6 times a day. For lunch I had a whole wheat pita spread with some hummus and I had 2 celery sticks with a small tablespoon of peanut butter on it. Breakfast was Cheerios with raisins and 1% milk. Morning snack wa 6 walnuts and a mini box of raisins. Afternoon snack will be 10 baby carrots with some salsa. Dinner will be 3 oz of Salmon, some coucous, and a salad. For desert will be blueberries with 1/2 cup fat free yogurt. So you see, I eat a lot of food, but all is low in calories, always under 1,300 calories. I have lost almost 40 lbs since Sept.
