Why can I do more sit-ups than anyone else in my class?!

Question: I am not by any means the biggest guy and not at all the skinniest guy in the class. One is a serious bodybuilder and didn't think he could get more because of his size, but I think the runners would have more stamina than me. I do backpack/hike frequently for 50+ miles. Could this have anything to do with it? I don't exercise at all for the most part.

Of course it has to do with hiking but also with masturbating. most people don't realize that they flex exactly those muscles while they are touching themselfes. You are probably masturbating a lot more than the other guys in your class.

re the ones that are more flexible

Like you are saying

I doesn't mean are a nert or superman.

Just that skinny , or at lest you are not

You might be naturally stronger in the abs.

You might be doing them differently than the other guys.

You're probably doing them too fast. I used to be just like that. I would do more than everyone else, without ever feeling a burn. I realized i was getting more of an aerobic workout than a muscle defining one. Slow down, keep your back straight, and try to feel the burn.

You seem to have a better body core probably the Hiking with the weight on your shoulders

Because you are a super hero..
