Why do i dont gain weight?!
Question: i weight 117 pounds, wich is sorta like a healthy and normal weight for my age but sometimes i think that i should weight alot more *not that i want to gain weight, i mean the fact of how much i eat*
i eat u know normal portions of food but somehow i get this anxiety to eat alot out of nowhere and i feel hungry even i've eaten as the other people around me that feel full for example ill put what i ate today:
breakfast:
-2 pieces of toast with butter
- 2 boiled eggs
then i ate a chocolate pudding
lunch:
-spaghetti *large amount*
- tomato soup
-rice * huuge amount*
-salad
-meat-balls
then i ate a banana
at night..
- 1 slice of pizza
then..
1 sandwich
a bowl of cereal
brownie
microwave pop corn
chinesse food
ps: ive always weighted the same since 2 years ago

This mean you have a fast metabolism. Trust me i am the same way, the only way i gained weight recently is by working out and gaining muscle weight. So if you want to gain weight then workout but i can tell you eating more never gave me any more pounds.
You obviously have a super fast metabolism.*is jealous*
