How much weight would i lose on this diet??!


Question: breakfat : toast n boiled egg + nescafe with skimmed milk
snack: 1 fruit
lunch: 1/4 grilled chicken + toast , salad n stewed veggies
snack :2 fruits
dinnner :same as breakfast but w/o nescafe
for 9 days nd i'd also workout for an hr everyday

approximately 4-6 pounds. do what i do: don't eat for a week except for bananas and bread. work out 2 hrs/day.

i lose 10 pounds every time i do this.

you need more fiber in your diet and at least 96oz of water a day. Hard to say it but Jared had it right, 6" subs are about the right amount of everything example Honey oat or wheat bread, turkey, no cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, no mayo or oil

should eat one of those every day to cover all your food groups.
