I workout everyday at home, park, school, hotels, motels disneyland pretty much anywhere I want. I do various push-ups/pull-ups, squats, bridging, isometrics, moving stretches, isometric stretches ect. I never do the same routine twice, I like to switch things around to confuse the muscles and work them in different areas and most of the time I like to work the whole body at once. I workout somewhere these days for the next few months bwtween 5 min to an hour and a half. Usually when I'm not in school my workouts last averagely of 15-20 min. and I'm spanked.

I chase my kids around the house several times a day! Thats considered exercise, right?
