wear high heels? also, lay down a lot because when you sleep you grow a tiny bit taller cause of the earths gravitational pull on your body...at least that's what my science teacher said.

wear shoes with a slight heel or a high soled running shoe, unfortunately there are no pills on the market that will make you taller. =(. its all in the genetics but a heel can give you the appearance of being taller. Alot of actresses do this.
