Began Weight Watchers & I'm HUNGRY?!

Question: I just started, so maybe that is my #1 problem here. I measure, count points, write it down, drink the water, etc. but at different times of the day I start to feel soooo hungry that I'm on the verge of a stomach ache. I've brought snacks that tide me over for only about 1/2 hr to 1hr.
Short of eating a jar of pickles (very low points!), do you have any suggestions about what I can eat so I feel full and don't want to binge?
I've tried drinking a glass of water. It helps for only a few minutes.
I really want to stay committed to eating better and losing weight, but feeling like I have a stomach ache, when I know I've eaten, is quite discouraging.
I do think I am in an adjustment period and will get used to eating just my # of points per day, but I need some help, tips, or advice to get over this first hurdle.
What do you suggest?

it really is an adjustment to have your stomach shrink, and I was hungry on it too... that no point or low point vegitable soup is good, and frozen ice pops that are sugar free...and celery etc... air popped popcorn... besides the weight watchers, I am putting on a site for volumetrics...a diet that promotes low cal stuff to fill you up. maybe that will help. apples with the skin on etc are better than processed, like applesauce. what about a huge salad with low cal dressing- have you tried balsamic vinager? good taste, no cals. it is hard. the other site you might like to visit is 3fatchicks.com. Also, if you exercise more, you can have extra points and you will lose the weight faster! good luck

you will be hungry for the first week or two. you just have to ignore it.

the best way to reduce weight , and enjoy eating all u like is :
1. reduce yr quantity of food whether for breakfast ,lunch or dinner.
2.u can snack on anything u like , but in small quantities.
3, preferably eat at frequent intervals whenever u feel like eating , but limit the quantity to small helpings.
4. if u feel yr stomach is full or heavy , go to the toilet and have a **** .lol.

try those progesso 0 point soups!
