Building body for football?!


Question: does anyone have any weight programs for me? I am playing football next year and I want to max myself out. I have about 4-5 months till start football.

- i am 15
- i weigh about 150
- fastest mile is 5 minutes and 31 seconds
- i can bench about 175 already
- 4%body fat

PLEASE HELP ME! I want to kick some butt at football!

For football you want power. Incorporate these exercises into your weightlifting routine, squat, benchpress, deadlift, rows, standing military press. Do these back to back without rest with a weight you can handle 6-8x for a total of 3-4 circuits. Rest 1 minute after each circuit. 3x a week should be fine. Add weight every week once you feel you can do more than 8 reps of any of the exercises. Run on your non training days. Do this routine for about 2 months max. Then change it up, go back to your old routine. If you have your diet and supplements in line you should see some strength and mass gains.

four percent body fat that is crazy!! just keep the way you are you are already perfect!
